Dear Jesus, I hear You calling–
“Who will work for Me?
Who will live wholly
For the Glory of the King?
Whom shall I choose?
Whom shall I send?”
And in humble surrender,
To You, my Savior–
I say yes!
Yes to work for Thy glory, King Jesus.
Yes to being chosen by Thee.
Yes to being sent from Thy loving heart–
In order to set the captives of the enemy free.
Dear Jesus, I hear You calling–
“Who will take up the cross,
Denying the pursuits and pleasures of self,
To bring My Light to the lost?
Who will choose all loss of worldly popularity and status–
In order to bring My truth–
To the dying masses?”
And in bold obedience,
To the Lord of Righteousness–
I say yes!
Yes to taking up my cross in self-denial,
Yes to bringing Thy hope and truth
To the lost, dying, and defiled.
Jesus is calling!
Will you say yes?
Or will you say– “I’m too busy! No! Not yet!”
