App Review: Prayminder

In 1 Thessalonians 5:17, we read:

“pray without ceasing”

(1 Thessalonians 5:17)

But have you, dear reader, ever wondered HOW to such a verse can be practically lived out in our busy, noisy world?

Well, for today’s blog post, I’m gonna share with you my personal review of a technological tool that could help you put 1 Thessalonians 5:17 into practice!

Introducing Prayminder

So, in this review post, I’m gonna delve into a free app called Prayminder.

Prayminder is a free app that you can easily download for Apple and Android devices.

This is what the app looks like

In their own words, this app is designed to “remind you to pray for the things and people you care about.”

What I Liked About The App…

One of the things that I really like about the Prayminder app is that it gives you notifications that remind you to pray for things/people that you’ve added to your “Praylist.”

What the “Praylist” looks like in the Prayminder app. It’s basically a prayer list where you can add people and (in my case) ministries to pray for. Just as a quick side note, the black squares in this screenshot were what I added to cover people’s names for the sake of privacy.
What a notification from Prayminder looks like

Another thing that I like about Prayminder is how simple it is to customize WHEN I would like the prayer reminder notifications to come in, so I would make it workable according to my personal schedule.

Lastly, the third and final thing that I like about Prayminder is actually what drew me to download the app to my iPad in the first place:

The app’s minimalistic and simple interface.

The Prayminder app is SO SIMPLE to use thanks to its three easy-to-understand buttons!

I mean, as you can see, this app has three easy-to-understand, easy-to-navigate buttons.

One tracks your latest prayer reminders (the button with the clock icon).

One contains your prayer list (the button in the middle).

One contains the app’s settings (the button with the gear icon).

That’s it! How simple is that?! ?
